He is survived by: his son Donnelley; his wife Mary Ann; his children, Scott Kostal of Rice Lake, WI, Keith Kostal of Kankakee, Lee Kostal (Melissa) of Grand Rapids, MN and Jason Kostal (Cristyn) of Ransom; his grandchildren, Kenneth, Alexander and Morgan Kostal; and his brother-in-law Arnold Rice of Morris.
