She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth Shock and Frances "Toots" Shock (Bergstrom); and her husband Richard Brooks (Dickie). She is survived by: her children, Scott Brooks, Randy Brooks (Denise), Mark Brooks (Susan) and Diana Smego (Sean); her grandchildren, Christina Brooks, Angela Smego, Jennifer Konitzer (Jade), Matthew Brooks (Nicole), Alyssa Brooks and Lauren Pascolla (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Aubrey Brooks, Isabella Smego-Layne, Colin Brooks, Caroline Brooks and Jackson Konitzer.

Preferred memorials may be made in Nancy's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
