The memory of Mildred Margaret Dyer of Morris, Illinois, who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herb Weitz and Genevieve "Toots" Weitz; and her husband Hank Dyer. She is survived by: her children, Sally Hausken (Roger), Steve Schofield (Amy) and Lisa Simpson (Patrick); her grandchildren, Kate Hausken (Glenn Tallar), Lauren Barse (Ethan), Amanda Schofield, Sarah Schofield and Michael Schofield; her great grandchildren, Caleb, Myles Barse, Vivian and Lance Tallar; and her sister Judy Roll (Walt). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (118 W Jackson St, Morris, IL 60450). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
