He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Startz and Constance P. Startz; and his siblings, Howard Startz and Janeth Connor-Grogg. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Welsch Neubauer and Karah Orr; his girlfriend Bridgett Orr; his uncle Mikey; his parents-in-law, Carole Orr-Keers, Jamie, Heidi, Colleen (Salopek) and Kattie Keers; and his goddaughter Lauren Marcolina. He is also survived by two grandsons, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
