It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael John Fleming of Morris, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fleming and Mary Fleming; and his sister Kathleen McMillin. He is survived by: his spouse Galynn Vaksdal; his children, Peter M. Fleming (Sara) of Minooka and Megan M. Fleming (Ryan Sjostrom) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Keighera, Everett Fleming, Seamus, MaryKatherine, Fiona and Ronan Sjostrom; his siblings, Thomas Fleming (Lillie), Patrick Fleming and Maureen Fox (Barry); his brother-in-law Robert McMillin; his stepchildren, Kathleen Hannon (Travis), Valerie Arwood (Michael), Ashley Greisen (David) and Courtney Lee (Dan); his grandchildren, Audrey, Lizzie, Grant Hannon, Natale, Allison, Caleb Arwood, Alexandra, Samantha, Josephine Greisen and Hayden Lee; and his pet Stanley.
