He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Kuban (Seybold); his parents, Anna Jane (Wilhelmi) and Joseph J. Kuban; his brother Robert "Bob" Kuban; and his brother-in-law George Buck.
He is survived by: his child Stacy Reed (Eddie); his grandchildren, Michael P. and Reagan; his siblings, Joseph "Jim" (Judith), Stephen (Karen), Joann Buck (George) and Rosemary Skole (Greg); and his brothers-in-law, Harvey Seybold (Jill) and Scott Seybold (Katy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, masses or memorials in Mike's name to Lightways Hospice (250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet) would be greatly appreciated.
