He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Miller and Ethel Miller (Carter); his wife Norma Jean; his granddaughter Katie Moore; and his great grandchild Landon Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Kay Lynn Moore (late Bill) of Morris, K. J. and Michael Miller (Marcy) of Ft. Myers, Florida; his grandchildren, Michael Moore, Eric Miller (Lorin) and Elayne Miller; and his great grandchildren, Sadie and Emmie Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to Lightways Hospice.
