She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Jo Beasley (Douglas) of Morris and Karyn Tennant (Dennis) of Fort Collins, Colorado; her grandsons, Andrew Dale and Josh Robert Beasley (Trisha Kiefling) of Morris; her sisters, Phyllis Fowler (John) and Nancy Whittington (Bob); her nieces and nephews, Laura Cleveland (Charlie) of Tennessee, Jessica Whittington and John Fowler, Jr. (Norma); her friend Mike Shanklin of Indiana; and her spouse Robert.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made as gifts in Kay's memory to the American Diabetes Association, the American Cancer Society or Disabled American Veterans.
