He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert H. Cloutier-Fortin and Olivia Cloutier-Fortin; his wife Yolande Bergeron; and his brothers, Norman Fortin and Bernard Fortin.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Zelinko of Coal City, Michael Fortin (Janet) of Kane and Paul Fortin (Cheryl) of Morris; his grandsons, Timothy Zelinko (Kailee Wills) of Diamond, Joshua Fortin (Taylor Thorsen) of Morris and Daniel Fortin (Megan LeBlanc) of Morris; his great grandchild Hazel Zelinko; his sister-in-law Marie Fortin of New Hampshire; and his friend Earl Devine of Seneca. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Jules memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or to Joliet Area Community Hospice.
