She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Starnes and Vivian Starnes (Olson); and her siblings, Tracey Starnes, Roger, Ronald and Greg Starnes.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Jimenez (Rodrigo) of Yorkville; her granddaughters, Alexandra and Jovi; and her sister Vicky Starnes of Morris. She is also survived by nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
