She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Shannon and Helen Shannon (Johnson); and her siblings, Shirley Kindlespire, Kenneth Shannon, Joyce Olson, William Shannon and David Shannon.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Kramer; her daughter Kim Bricker (Mike) of Morris; her grandsons, David and Gregory Bricker; her son Michael Kramer (Tricia) of Joliet; and her granddaughters, Amanda Anderson (Eric) and Meghan Kramer (Zach Korstick). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Judy's name to the Morris Hospital Transportation Department or to the donor's wish.
