He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Troglia Rohloff, Gerald Raymond Troglia Jr., Jeffrey Thomas Troglia, Andrew Peter Troglia, Joseph Walter Mayor Sr (Heather Marie) and Courtney Noelle Daniele (David Cosmo); and his grandchildren, Morgan Lynn Rohloff, Molly Lauren Rohloff, Joseph Walter Mayor Jr., Jackson Dean Mayor, Evelyn Sophia Palonis and Vincenzo Giovanni Daniele.
In lieu of flowers memorials in his name can be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
