He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hale and Eleanore Hale; his wife Lucille; and his sister Lorraine Hale. He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Haefner (Roger) of Morris and Susan Avren (Lee) of Naples; his grandchildren, Shannon Tolliver of Morris, Delaney Haefner of Romeoville and Nina Avren of Florida; his great grandchildren, Dakota and Hayley; and his brother Phillip Hale (Marlene). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
