He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard E. McGuan and Elzena McGuan (Fordyce); his son James Michael McGuan; his brothers, Joe McGuan, Pat McGuan, Mike McGuan and Richard McGuan; and his brother-in-law Arthur Misener.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Megan Carey (Nolan) and Peter McGuan; his grandson Ethan; his siblings, Mary Lou Misener, Sharon McGuan, Theresa McGuan and Bernie McGuan; and his parents-in-law, Ron Hummel (Nancy), Georgeann Wilson (Bob), Susan Dikkers (Kurt), Scott Hummel (Amy) and Renee McGuan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
