He was predeceased by: his father James L. Gretencord, I; and his sister Bobbie Jean. He is survived by: his parent JoAnne Gretencord (Hannigan); his wife Michaela Jarvais; his former wife Renee King; his children, Kortney Schumacher (Max), Annika Gretencord (Josh Allen), James Gretencord, III (Annie), Taytum Stout, Shelbi Moore (Andrew) and Mician Stout; his grandchildren, Stone Skelton and Everley Moore; and his sisters, Becky Pichon, Jeanie Hookom (Mike), Lisa Hansen (Tim), Beth Kuster and Jennifer Olson (Ben Levin). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins; and, the closest of friends.
Preferred memorials may be made in Jim's name to the family with the intention of establishing a scholarship fund for a student going into a trades program at JJC.
