With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James H. Harper of Morris, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on February 12, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Harper and Margaret Harper (Turner). He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Hume; his wife Pam; his siblings, Michael (Julie) of West Chicago and Mary Jo (Tim) of Winfield; and his godchildren, Joshua Kuhn, Matthew Kuhn, Julie Borgman, Michael Anderson, Kathline Handle, Dannie Harper and Margaret Harper. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.

Due to COVID-19 requirements, safe social distancing will be required and we are asking for visitors to wear their masks while visiting the family.

Memorials may be made in Jim's name to the American Diabetes Association or to the Immaculate Conception Church.
