He was predeceased by: his father George Zackavec; his grandparents, George, Anna Zackavec, Donald and Doll Cotig; his mother-in-law Donna Carlson of Morris, IL; his cousin John Kessler of LaGrange, IL; and his sister-in-law Traci Carlson of Morris, IL..
He is survived by: his mother MaryKay Schaff (William) of Ocala, FL; his wife Jennifer Carlson; his daughters, Hannah and Grace Zackavec of Morris, IL; his brothers, Michael Zackavec (Jessica) of Tinley Park, IL, Tim Zackavec of St. John, IN and Tony Zackavec (Lisa) of Slidell, LA; his stepmother Jan Zackavec of Orland Park, IL; his father-in-law Ray Carlson of Morris, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Rick Carlson (Jan) and Lori Carlson (Patti Nowman) of Morris, IL.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
