She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathryn Whitacre (Hoffman) and Charles Oscar Whitacre; and her brother Larry Whitacre. She is survived by: her husband Paul Buckley; her children, Anne Barry (Mark) of Homewood, David Buckley of Morris, Mark Buckley (Kim) of Wilmette and Cathleen Buckley (Garrett Olson) of River Forest; her grandchildren, Jack, Grace Barry, Josh, Amelia Buckley, Jonathan and Julia Olson; and her sister Kay Heidel (John) of Snellvile, GA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
