She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Petges and Mary Petges; her husband James Provancal; her son Michael; her granddaughter Jennifer; and her siblings, Charles Petges and Marcella Schmidt.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Provancal (Laurie) of Elmhurst, IL, Jeanne Solitare (Rich) of Dallas, TX, Kathy Warner (Lee) of McCalla, AL and Sue Lock of Morris; her grandchildren, Laura, Maria, Matthew, Becca, Jackie of Ellen, J. T., Jim, Anna and Michael; her stepgrandson Hayden; her great grandchildren, Scarlett, J. J. and Laurali; and her sister-in-law Mary Alice Denault (Charles). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in her name to Immaculate Conception School or Lightways Hospice.
