He is survived by: his wife Lynn Soto; his sons, Ross Soto (Blair), Ryan Soto (Sarah), Stephen Sternisha (Michelle) and David Sternisha (Liz); his grandchildren, Crystal Sternisha, Tabitha Jarzenbowski, Shawn Sternisha, Megan Browning, Amber Sternisha (William), Michael Soto and Henry A. Soto; and his siblings, Gabriel Soto (Marian), Mary Ellen Soto and Mary Esther Shaw (Wesley G.).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
