He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose M Zabala and Clifford Sommers; and his daughter Jill Rasco. He is survived by: his wife Anita M Rasco; his children, Nicole Zabala, C. J. Zabala and Dylan Zabala; his grandchildren, Destiny Trevino, Isaiah Trevino, Issac Trevino, Javier Trevino Jr., Jordyn Trevino, Frank Perez and Wyatt Zabala; and his siblings, Billy Belcher and Dawn Belcher.
