She was predeceased by: her parents, Domenico Gallo and Primina Gallo (Deiro); her siblings, John Gallo and Margaret Degrush (Eugene); and her nieces, Donna Casas and Catherine Roehr (Dale).
She is survived by: her husband Thomas B. Josefik; her children, Benjamin Josefik (Tammy), Adrienne Beers (Jason) and Nicholas Josefik (Dawn Morrison); her grandchildren, Luke, Michael, Elizabeth, Noel and Eden; her nieces, Marie Conquest (Robert) and Marge Nichols (Dwayne); and her nephew Daniel Josefik (Bernadette).
