With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Ellen Gore of Morris, Illinois, born in Pontiac, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Townsend and Gladys Viola Gore (Gee); and her brother Arthur George Gore. She is survived by: her niece Ann Goodwin (Brett); her great-nephews, Joshua and Ryan of Waldron, Indiana; her nephew George Gore; her sister-in-law Marion Gore; and her friend Debbie Steffes of Morris.
Memorials may be made in Dorothy's name to the American Cancer Society or to the First Presbyterian Church in Morris.
