He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hulbert and Domenica Hulbert. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Hulbert (Lorrie) and Ron Hulbert (Gina); his grandchildren, Kate Underhill (Rob), Lukas Hulbert, Megan Black (Steve), Josh Hulbert, Jake Hulbert and Maria Hulbert; his great grandchildren, Luxx Whillock, Gage Whillock and Emersyn "Little Bev" Underhill; his sister Betty Voytko; and his wife Beverly.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Clinton's name to Lightways Hospice in Joliet.
