He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hall and Violet Hall (Jackson); and his sisters, Charlotte and Vera. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Ness; his children, Mick Hall (Patti) of Sarasota, Florida, David Hall (Melani) of Edgewater, Florida and Kevin Hall (Leigh Anne) of Morris; and his grandchildren, Monica, Robert, Sarah, Katie, Alex, Kyle and Brandon.
Memorials may be made in Cliff's name to the Stavanger Lutheran Church.
