He is survived by: his sister Mary Ann Kostal of Morris, IL; his nephews, Jason Kostal (Cristyn) of Ransom, IL, Lee Kostal (Melissa) of Grand Rapids, MN and Keith Kostal of Kankakee, IL; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kenneth, Alex and Morgan Kostal.
