He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doralee Patrick; his father Harry Patrick Sr. (Beverly); his children, Phillip Zeleznikar Jr., Chris Patrick Jr. (Ashley), Kristie D. Zeleznikar, Dwight A. Patrick Sr., Angela Vaughn (Shaun) and Frank J. Cirar Jr.; his siblings, Les Patrick (Linda), Gina Lassiter (Jeff), Mary Patrick and Ryan Patrick (Jenny); his siblings-in-law, William F. Taylor (Patty) and Christine Sanders (David); his grandchildren, Destiny, Joshua, Payton, Michael, Shaun, Olivia, Brianna, Dwight Jr., Gabriella, Derick, Camran, Isabel and Jasmine; his mother Pearl Patrick; and his brother David Patrick. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
