We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2024, at the age of 94, Carol M. Meysembourg (Morris, Illinois), born in Dubuque, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Starr (Doc) and Elsie Starr (Lang); her brother Richard Starr; and her son-in-law Roger Scott (James). She is survived by: her husband James Leo Meysembourg; her daughters, Jane Bernat (Michael) of Alexandria Virginia, Christine Franklin (Phillip) of Morris Illinois and Joan Scott (Roger) of Elkhart Indiana; her grandchildren, Joshua Franklin (Mari) of Coal City, Tristan Swindell (Jade), Johnathan Bernat (Kelly) of Chattanooga Tennessee, Adam Scott (Sammi) of Elkhart Indiana and Eric Scott (Kera) of Elkhart Indiana; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Maisy Franklin (Joshua), Norah, Elliot Swindell (Tristan), Joscelynne Pannone, Kaydence Panonne, Cambrie Bernat (Johnathan), Teegan, Aiden Scott (Adam) and Espen Russell (Eric).

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Morris Public Library or to Dubuque Hospice.
