She was predeceased by: her parents, William Barker and Peg Barker; and her husband Urban J. Frazier, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Frazier (Lisa) of Naperville and David Frazier (Cheryl) of Joliet, Illinois; her grandchildren, Evan, Ella, Katey, Tristan (Karley), Prestan and Shawn; her brothers-in-law, Brett Frazier (Joanne) of Bourbonnais, Illinois and Bart Frazier (Kathi) of Bourbonnais, Illinois; and her pet Sam. She is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Carol's memory to American Cancer Society.
