He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Hendrex and Paul Hendrex; and his brother Orman "Lee" Heafner. He is survived by: his wife Lori Hendrex; his son Brandon Hendrex; and his siblings, Tina Hendrex, Terry Champion and Duane Hendrex. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
