He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jen Perry (Mike) and Brandt (Melissa); his wife Julie; his grandchildren, Alexa (Ali Bops), Ashley, Liz, Sam, Jessie, Sophie (Sophie Beans) and Josef (Jo Jo); his great grandchild Jace (Buster Brown); and his siblings, Christine Smith, Patricia Burash, Pamela Smith, Perry Smith and Don Smith.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be sent to Lightway Hospice of Joliet or The Village Christian Church.
