With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Jean Hammerstein Davy of Morris, Illinois, born in Strawn, Illinois, who passed away on September 10, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles J. Hammerstein; her husband E. Charles "Chuck" Davy; her son Robert W. Hammerstein; her granddaughter Elise Hammerstein; her great grandchild Ashley Walls; her brothers, Robert, Kenneth and Terry Kuntz; and her sister-in-law Shirley Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Hammerstein (Ruth), Janet Harvey (Phillip), Michael Hammerstein (Susan) and Cathy Davis (Allan); her daughter-in-law Donna Davis (Rick); and her siblings, George Kuntz, Mary Rinkenberger and Joyce Lynch. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated in Bonnie's name to Lightways Hospice, 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, Illinois 60431.
