She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bell and Margaret Bell (Obert); her husband Rudolph C. Cotter; and her siblings, Harold, William Bell, Ida Dedinski and Ruth Partridge.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Kern (Gary) of Princeton, IL, Sherry (Kevin Ballard), Peggy (Ken Nelson) and Sandy (Charles Hyslop); her grandchildren, Eric Nelson, Jessica Dunham (David), Sara Hyslop, Jenny Hyslop, Valerie Tradewell (Maurie), Matthew Kern (Maribel), Brian Bublitz, Kerry, Karen Walker and Rob; her great grandchildren, Adyn Bublitz, Anthony Bublitz, Damien Walker, Julie Kern, Tristan, Trinity and Ashley Rizera; and her siblings, Kenneth Bell and Nadine Kingman.
Due to COVID-19 requirements, safe social distancing will be required and we are asking for visitors to wear their masks while visiting the family.
