He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. Phil, Gay Ortiz, Raymond Enger, Eileen and Homer Bradley; his uncle Jim Enger; and his great-uncle Donnie Daily (Kyale Brown).
He is survived by: his nephew Miles Woolsey; his parents, Dr. Tim Ortiz and Karen Ortiz of Morris, IL; his nieces, Addisen, Erin Woolsey, Quinn and Charlie Hershman; and his pet Carl. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
