It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Govorchin Cwik of Morris, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Govorchin and Ivanica Govorchin; her husband Thomas Cwik; and her siblings, Tony, Mary, Lucy, Joe, John, Jean, Roko and Vince.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Jean Cwik (Bryan Schlotfelt) of Marion, John Thomas Cwik (Jessica Kay) of Tuscon and Andrew Stephen Cwik (Ariane) of Chicago; her grandchildren, Christine Cherrier (Kristian Happa-Aho), Nicholas Cherrier, Madeline Cwik, Andrew Cwik, Zane Cwik and Josepha Cwik; her brother Rudy Govorchin (Ruth) of Yorba Linda; and her brother-in-law Victor Palazzolo (late Barbara) of Wildwood. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Annette's memory to: Immaculate Conception Catholic Church or Immaculate Conception School.
