She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Burgess and Mary Burgess (Whalen); and her grandparents, Elizabeth, Patrick Whalen, Eva and Irving Burgess.
She is survived by: her cousins, Mary Ann Collins of Minooka, Beth McDonald (Terry) of Minooka, William Collins (Mindy) of Minooka, Patrick Macauley of Sarasota and Douglas Horton of Sarasota; and also, Michelle Walker (Kellen), Megan Goolsby (John), Liz Robinson (Zach) of Sarasota, Emily Collins of Sarasota and Maddie Collins of Sarasota. She is also survived by many other cousins and friends.
