He was predeceased by: his son Mark A.; his parents, William F. Klunk and Margaret Klunk (Bettie); his daughter-in-law Jody Klunk; his sister Eileen; his brother-in-law Cletus Godar; his sisters, Lorraine Lumley and Elly; his brother-in-law Lawrence Cunningham; his sister Betty; and his brother-in-law Norman Hubbard.
He is survived by: his spouse Bill; his sons, William J. (Billy), Jeffery Lee Klunk (Jeff), Billy (Mary Ann) and Jeff (Deborah); his granddaughters, Theresa Mosby (Andy) of Moro, IL., Hannah Klunk of Moro, IL. and Sarah Klunk of Moro, IL.; his brother Bob Klunk (Wanda) of Godfrey; and his siblings-in-law, Alva Lumley of Godfrey, Alice Hurst of Richmond and Joy Hurst of Logan Ut. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, good friends.
