With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Jean Barnard of Moro, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on January 10, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Miller and Hazel Miller (Buchanan); her daughter Brenda Ramsey; and her siblings, Beverly McCall, Diane Lewis and Robert Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Bernie Barnard of Moro, IL; and her children, Michael Barnard (Sheli) of Moro, IL, Bonnie Oliphant (Eric) of Worden, IL and Garrick Barnard of The Phillippines. She is also survived by five grandchildren; & three great grandchildren.
