He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Flinn and Amy Elizabeth Flinn (Davis); and his wife Frances R. Dodson. He is survived by: his children, William R. Flinn (Kathleen), Katherine Lee Henderson and Kerry M. Flinn; his sister Marian Hammond; and his grandchildren, Suzanne, Christine, Magan, Mark, Amy, Helen and Brittany.
