He is survived by: his parents, Howard A. Gaskins and Ruth Gaskins (Miller); his spouse Arlene Ragus; his children, Kevin Gaskins of Everett, Washington, Kelly Gould of Bartonville, Sarah Gaskins of Orland Park and Erin Gaskins of Peoria; his sister Amanda Gaskins; and his son Shawn Gaskins.
