He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph S. Kudelka and Betty J. Kudelka (Delashmit); and his brother Eddie Dean Turner. He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Hyman; his children, Gary "Joey" Kudelka (Kelly McKenzie) of Bethalto and Robbie Kudelka of South Roxana; his siblings, Judy Kudelka of Gillespie and Mike Turner of Alton; his grandchildren, Tim, Aunna, Marissa, Ben and Kaliegh; and his great grandchild Kayden.
