It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth M. Starkey of Moro, Illinois, born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on September 12, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael "Hobert" and Clara "Hazel" Bond (Shoemaker); her husband Elmer Starkey, Jr.; her brother William Bond; and her sister-in-law Eileen Becker.
She is survived by: her nephew Michael Bond (Nancy) of Woodlawn, IL; her nieces, Susan Drennan (Mark) of Woodlawn, IL and Debbie Becker of Alton; her great-niece Hallie Pollard (Randy) of Woodlawn, IL; her sister-in-law Eunisa Bond of Centralia; her close friends, Pat and Ed Brown of Bethalto; and also Hudson Pollard of Woodlawn, IL. She is also survived by several cousins friends.
