She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl E. Howard and Ethel Flora Howard (Eyer); her sisters, Ethol Owens and Betty Jones; and her son-in-law Dan Proctor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vonna Proctor of Wake Forest, NC, Cheryl Miller (George) of Moro and Judy Kissack (Bob) of Glen Carbon; her grandchildren, Barbara Morgan (Loren), Scott Miller (Dian), Shannon Nystrom (Erik), Carey Little (Mark) and Christy Irving (Mike); her great grandchildren, Madeline, Jake, Isaac, Brady, Jackson, Marissa, Cameron and Claire; and her brother Wayne Howard (Alice) of Brighton.
