He was predeceased by: his wife June K. Lewin; and his sibling Shirley Robin (Seymour). He is survived by: his children, Fred Lewin (Jeanne), Janice Swimmer (Mark) and Francine Lewin; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Zachary and Corey Swimmer. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his memory to Honor Flight Chicago or Parkinson's Foundation.
