He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Teresa Blattel (Mike), Lisa Dunn and Chris Collins (Tammy); his grandchildren, Bryan Collins, Emily Weiss (Jared), Katie Conrad (Chris), Brittany Porter, Cody Porter, Breanna Carlen (Cole), Macie Collins (Trenten Adamson), Brooke Curry (Trevor) and Kalina Dunn; his brothers, Ronnie Collins (Lois) and Bobby Collins (Sandy); and his brother-in-law Don Searles. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
