He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Ruholl and Lucille Ruholl (Bussie); his sister Mary Jane Patton; and his nephew Bobby Leavitt. He is survived by: his siblings, Frank of Effingham, Herb (Rita) of Effingham, Mike Montrose (Deb), David of Montrose, Norma Miller (Les) of Carlyle, Marcella Ruholl of Montrose and Imelda "Tillie" Ruholl of Montrose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
