She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Loy and Mary Elizabeth Loy (Newkirk); her son Terry Wayne; her husband Robert L. Pontious; her parents-in-law, Clarence and Ellen Pontious; and her siblings, William J. "Boddies", Calvin "Buddy", Earl, Glen "Doc", George "Dale" and Dorcie "City" Williams.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Ellen Lilley (Ralph "Butch") of Montrose; her grandchildren, Nicole Lilley (Sherry) and Dustin Lilley (Kesney); her great grandchildren, Vayda, Quincy, Nyla, Desirea and Destiny; her brothers, Walter of Greenup and Clifford (Rita) of Effingham; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce Loy of Effingham and Pearl Loy of Morrilton, AR. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
