He was predeceased by: his sister Michelle; his father-in-law Joseph J. Volk; his brothers-in-law, Joe D. Volk and Chris Kistner; and his nephews, Nick Volk and Kerry Brown.
He is survived by: his parent L. D. Pitcher; his wife Roxanne Volk; his grandchildren, Jarrett, Wyatt Pitcher, Gianna, Joshua, Magdalena Starr and Cora Pitcher; his mother Marlene Pitcher (Sowers); his siblings, Shannon Nosbisch (Ken), Colleen Wagner (Tom), Wes Pitcher (Wanda), Denise Pless (Steve) and Lenny Pitcher (Kim); and his siblings-in-law, Lee Volk (Sue), Bill "Wicker" Volk (Judy), Jeff Volk (Laura), Trudi Volk, Vicki Stuckey (Mike), Marge Horton (Chuck), Sue Hess (Cliff), Dee Bower (Bob) and Vita Reich (Brian).
In loving memory of Brent, memorials may be made to the Jasper County Farm Bureau Ag in the Classroom (AITC).
