She is survived by: her husband Joe Collins; her children, Vickie Lewis (Ed) and Clarence Collins (Donica Frayer); her grandchildren, Tony, Alex Haney, Amy, Kyle Hille, Wendi Ann, Bryant Musson and Cheyenne Collins; and her siblings, Barbara Sanderson, Phyliss Henon, Ruby Pearl Phipps, George White (Toni), Larry White, Terry White (Deb) and Jerry White (Mary). She is also survived by six great- grandchildren.
