We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2023, at the age of 94, Virgina Steinmetz of Monticello, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack"; and her son David. She is survived by: her children, Margie, Jane Weiss (Scott), Marge Richardson (Jim) and Jim Steinmetz (Kay); and her grandchildren, Sarah LaBarre (Shaun), John Weiss (Sue), Peter Weiss (Becca), Tom Richardson (Becca), Annie, Brad Steinmetz and John Steinmetz. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
